Wellness Classes


Join us for wellness classes to nourish your mind, body, and spirit. Classes are led by a licensed Physical Therapist who will safely guide you through your practice in a way that supports your unique strengths and abilities.

All classes, except for Group Tai Chi, are semi-private to honor your individuality and allow you the personalized attention you deserve. They have a maximum of 1:6 teacher-to-student ratio.

5 Class Pack: $190 (save $10)

We also offer Private Tai Chi/Yoga/Pilates-based Physical Therapy.We will gladly check your out of network insurance benefits to find out if you are covered for private physical therapy appointments.

Class Descriptions

Therapeutic Yoga (Lindsay)

In this class, we will introduce various yoga techniques including asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), while incorporating alignment principles to avoid and prevent injury. This class will provide a well-rounded sequence of yoga poses designed to strengthen muscles that are weak, stretch muscles that are tight, and improve balance of the body and the mind. This class is open to all levels, including new yoga students, but will require the ability to get up and down from the floor and feel comfortable laying on floor as well.

Prenatal Pilates (Heather)

Staying active and strong during all stages of pregnancy can help you feel better both now and after delivery. Learn how to move and exercise safely and effectively in all 3 trimesters, with a teacher who is both a licensed physical therapist, a Pilates instructor, and a mom herself.

Tai Chi (Matt)

Learn about the concept of chi, how to experience your internal strength, and improve your balance and stability in the process. Applying traditional Tai Chi methods and drawing on my knowledge from other martial arts, I will help you build a foundation for more graceful, powerful, and fluid movement. Each lesson will explore the elements of clean action as we learn a traditional Yang style form.  Learn to incorporate Tai Chi and yin/yang principles in your daily life. Join us on Tuesdays from 5:30-6:30pm for group Tai Chi classes with Matt Leve. Classes are larger than the semi-private class.
