Symptoms of Stress Incontinence:

Leaking urine with coughing, laughing, sneezing, lifting, exercise, jumping, running

Common Causes:

  • Pelvic Floor Muscle Weakness
  • Core weakness
  • Diastasis Recti
  • Childbirth
  • Gynecological surgery
  • Menopause

  • Ability to exercise, dance, or be active may be limited
