Golfers Elbow comes from tendon breakdown and degeneration. The pain is localized in the inside part of the elbow.

- Pain, decreased ROM & strength
- In ability to lift, push, pull, carry objects
Common Causes of Golfer’s Elbow
Any activity that stresses the elbow tendons, including tennis, golf, sports, manual labor, heavy lifting, or repetitive motions can lead to Golfer’s Elbow. Musicians, carpenters, assembly line workers, athletes, and many others who subject themselves to repetitive stresses are the ones most likely to develop Golfer’s Elbow.
